Rollcoating

The roll coating process can be used to form a finished part or coat a substrate. Once the plastisol is applied it travels through a conveyor oven to be fused. Applications for this type of process include casting thick vinyl films such as wear or foam layers, decorative coatings over substrates, and laminating adhesives.
