Hot Melt Plastisols

Hot melt plastisols are used to form molds for artificial stone and fishing lures. They can also be used as a laminating adhesive, or as a coating over a substrate. Typical durometers for hot melt plastisols are 50SA and lower.  They can be processed with a melt pot, microwave or conventional oven and can be molded by dip or pour casting, injection molding, and roll coating.
