Foam Molding

Plastisol foams can be used for a variety of applications including flotation devices, insulation, tool handle grips, and fatigue mats. And they can be used in a variety of processes including hot dipping applications, open and closed molds and roll coating. Upon fusion, the finished product will have chemically expanded open or closed cells. Foam products can also be produced by mechanical frothing.
